Danville Patch | Woman Awaits Lung Transplant

May 2010
I interviewed Katie Fleming, a 20-year-old Danville woman who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at age one, as she waited for a double lung transplant. One week later, Fleming received her life-saving transplant and I published an update. Two months after her transplant, I shot and produced a video about her post-transplant life.
